ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyze the impact of social protection programs on adults diagnosed with Tuberculosis. Methods: systematic review conducted by PRISMA, registration PROSPERO CRD42019130884. The studies were identified in VHL, PubMed, Scielo, CINAHL and Scopus databases, using descriptors “Social Protection” “Tuberculosis”, combination keywords combined Boolean operators AND OR. Observational interventional published until October 23, 2019, Portuguese, English Spanish, included. Results: improve treatment tuberculosis, cure rates, adherence treatment, provision services for control TB reduce poverty. Conclusions: have a positive people
